How to replace SCSS vars in Themes -> Uploads?

I’ve been customizing my theme in Admin -> Themes… Lots of CSS/HTML changes.

I also have a few Themes -> Uploads:

$Background-Tile-White: [WhiteCarbon50x50x2.png]

$Background-Tile-Black: [BlackCarbon50x50x2.png]

I’ve deleted “Background-Tile-Black” and “Background-Tile-White” and replaced them with new images, but I still see the old images are actually delivered. I’ve tried using another browser, clearing the cache, and restarting, so I don’t think it’s a browser caching issue.

By contrast, regular CSS changes happen very fast…

Anyone else had problems replacing resources in Themes -> Uploads?

When I inspect the element on the page, the OLD resource that I already deleted that was connected to $Background-Tile-White is pulled in rather than the new one…

Is there a reason why they both would fire at the same time? It seems redundant to have both fire at the same time, especially because you cannot create a topic without an inital post.

   puts "New post"

what happens now is that when i hit “j” it skips the first post (or the latest response) and goes to the next one, thus forcing me to hit “k” to move back and then start the workflow again.

if the post doesn’t have any responses, it’ll kick me down to Suggested Topics.

i love the g + u + j + l combination so much, but now it’s a little borked.

Been having regular login issues for my users. I mentioned here:

My users just started seeing “403 Unknown Error” when trying to log in. I followed these instructions - but I’m now getting an error in the admin settings: " * Your website is using SSL. I am using the Digital Ocean app setup with nothing custom, and ‘v2.0.0.beta2 +170’. Is this because I’m using a beta version?

The issue seems clear to responders but not sure on a solution. As mentioned there I executed the suggested changes and it hasn’t solved anything.

Would like someone to fix this + outline how it was done so I don’t run into similar issues in the future.

Using Digital Ocean Ubuntu Discourse 2.0.20170531 on 16.04, behind Cloudflare.

When do you need it done?

ASAP, this has been a real problem for our early community.

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?

Not sure, hoping this is a pretty quick fix. Will pay for the time spent. Estimates welcome!
