Shortcuts Shift+r and Shift+s work perfectly well with sticky keys enabled. Shift+z does not; both keys need to be depressed simultaneously. That's not particularly awkward to do one-handed, but AFAIK, doing so on Windows cancels sticky keys, which could be a real pain in the bahookie.
(For those unfamiliar, sticky keys enable certain keys - such as Shift, Ctrl, Super etc. - to be pressed in sequence with other keys, rather than simultaneously. In Ubuntu, they can be enabled via Universal Access > Typing Assist. In Windows, there's an option in the control panel somewhere...)
