my searches usually don't result in the topics i'm looking for.

example: i'm looking for a way to personalize group page, so i write:

"personalize group" as the search term & i get this:

then i search this:
"personalize group page" & i get this:

even when i search this:
"personalize group profile" i get this:

and the latest search results in 15 threads, which none of them are what i'm looking for. and strangely there exists these topics:

Prioritize showing group members (not posts) on group landing page, describe groups, provide groups directory feature

I think it makes more sense on the group landing page to show the list of members. So on the groups navigation, flip posts and members so members are on top and shown by default on the landing page. I also think displaying here a brief description of what it means to be in each group would be helpful. Without getting too recursive, a groups directory would also be helpful to list them all in one place alongside description and links to members and posts.

Customize Group Profile feature

Is there some way to go about adding additional fields to a Group Profile? This way you could add additional meta data about the group (e.g. Description, Image, or external URL)? I was looking at the settings for Badges, and these nearly have all the fields I would want for a Group. So now I'm starting to wonder, maybe what I'm trying to accomplish should be best done through the Badge system. Is there a dedicated page for each Badge?

note that the latest topic has the words "group" & "profile"; but i do not get access to it with the search terms "personalize group profile" just because of the extra word.

won't this result in lots of duplicates in the topic list, plus the need for moderators scanning the forum all the time?

Might I want to do this as a template instead and use db/fixtures/999_topics.rb as a model?

Context: I have regional-specific discussions which I group into the 'Regions' master category, and then within that I have each different geo in its own sub-category.

Problem: I show the homepage in the Category view by default. and the topic list in this view shows the title. The challenge comes when people put a post in e.g. the Boston category. But if they don't explicitly label in the topic title [Boston], folks will not know that the post resides in the Boston category.

Question: Is there any way, perhaps via CSS, that I can add the name of the board, or a board identifier next to the title? I have looked into it and have not found a way so far, but I want to pose the question if someone has tried something similar.

I'm using the pydiscourse library and until the upgrade didn't throw any errors for PUT requests. Now every PUT request generates an exception because the library checks the response content-type.

This caused a conflict between zoho and sparkpost (I am now aware that you cannot have conflicting MX records pointing to different servers).Since then, we've changed the zoho mail to a subdomain (mail.daohub.org) while spark post remains on the original domain (daohub.org). As such, we no longer have access to emails sent to *@daohub.org. When I try to change my account, which was registered at auryn@daohub.org, discourse sends an email to confirm my current email address, which returns this on sparkpost:

Apr 19, 2016 1:42 PM policy_rejection auryn@daohub.org [DAOhub.org] Confirm your current email address smtp_66298986764048681
Because I can't confirm my current address, I am unable to change to a new address.

I'm very new to this, so sorry in advance if anything doesn't make sense, or if there is an obvious solution.
Would love any advice on how to proceed from here in changing my email address.
