Web_only container needs to be restarted after DB restart?

When I shutdown the DB server, my web_only container returns error 500 to the browser (obviously). When I start the data container up again, the web_only container needs to be restarted for Discourse to be up and running again. Can you fix this?

Struggling to find correct instructions to increase file upload limit

I've also seen it mentioned that increasing the upload limit that it is simply a "parameter" now.... Since I'm still new to Discourse, "parameter" means nothing to me. I gather that I'm supposed to add a line to the web.template.yml file, however, I cannot locate this file.
I'm sure many of you are smacking your head as you read my question, but as much searching as I've done in here, I have yet to find some of this info.

Are password reset emails "non-transactional"?

Getting Category's custom field value from Topic

Paused videos resume when scrolling through pages

Is there a way to see total (page) views? What does time to first respond mean? Is there a way to see the amount of active members (have either posted or started a topic) in relation to total amount of members?
