I got this error when I start discourse from scratch in github

Make sure that `gem install rails -v '4.1.8'` succeeds before bundling.
I'm not sure if it was within the grace period, but this is happening again here on Meta (just checked, and seems it is still within the Grace Period).
I added '.csv' to the "Authorized Extensions" list on our site, and then went back to a topic I had previously I opened. I clicked the topic-level Reply button, and then clicked the 'upload' button. After selecting a CSV file to upload, I was told that it was not allowed.
I then force-refreshed the page, and tried again. This time the upload was accepted.
Later (at least 10 minutes), I tried to upload a CSV again, into a new post in the same topic, and was once again told it was not allowed. Again a force-refresh solved the problem. No changes were made in the Admin panel between these two posts.
Our site is hosted by the Discourse team, so it might have multiple instances that are load-sharing, which could explain why the problem reappeared even though the Admin settings had not been changed.
When people post quotes from other threads on the forum it can get a little annoying when the quote snippet is seemingly unrelated to the answer you were hoping for. This is often due to the fact that you don't even know what thread this reply belonged to. I'm proposing a simple fix for this, by adding thread title and category to the quote box.
After I tried to set this text for the description of a category:
Все, что вам нужно знать, чтобы пользоваться форумом легко и в удовольствие. [Смотреть все статьи](http://forum.kozovod.com/c/uchebnik-po-forumu)
... the category disappeared from the list where I choose a category in the new topic editor.
Step 2
Then I went and changed the category description and removed the link, so it become:
Все, что вам нужно знать, чтобы пользоваться форумом легко и в удовольствие.
Then I pressed c in order to create a new topic, and my category got back, but with the OLD description (i.e. the one with a link in it):
This is quite confusing. Looks as if the processing of the category description topic is late and won't be re-processed again and thus won't contain the latest description content.
Is there a way to configure category pages so that they auto-populate with the sub-categories rather than the various posts from within each sub-category?
to be honest i'm not so much into docker for now but i was wondering if it could probably be a good alternative to a multisite installation to have just multiple standalone containers next to each other on one VM. Name based hosting could be solved with an reverse proxying nginx and some stuff that is "global" in multisite installation (like the admin email-accounts, smtp settings and other stuff) could be easily separated here.
Is there anything that would make this a problem? Probably the multiple instanced of Redis or Postgresql (that's where i'm lacking knowledge in relation to Docker).
I found our discourse http://geek.acmclub.cn/ can't creating new account, when i registed it show message "Something went wrong, perhaps this email is already registered, try the forgot password link". i take a look at log/production_errors.log,but it is empty.
And in log/production.log,it show

I feel like I'm going crazy, but we can no longer pin topics. I think there used to be an admin wrench that appeared in the top corner of the page, but no longer does? There's also an admin wrench at the very bottom of all posts, by the star/share/flag icons, but nothing happens when we click it.
Is anyone having similar issues? I dont think we hid it using custom CSS or anything, because I dont see it in the HTML. Already-pinned topics can be un-pinned using the "pinned/unpinned" popup box at the very bottom of a thread, but that box only shows up on pinned posts, not un-pinned posts.
It looks like this bug has been posted previously, but nothing has been done, so I am posting again. On my profile on http://what.thedailywtf.com (same username), as of this moment, my profile shows I have given 30601 likes. However, I have liked every single post on one thread (with id 1000) (confirmed by @PJH), and have posted 4 times in that thread, but the post count for the topic is 30606, so doing the math, I have actually given 30602 likes
I manage 2 forums using Discourse. I'm always afraid of doing an update because it breaks frequently some existing and important translation. Here is an an exemple with the last beta:
I heard my user complaint about this bug yesterday, I didn't believe her until now. I try with my Facebook accout at http://try.discourse.org The email was blank.
Hello, new to Discourse, just visiting the Meta to leave a request for the community. Thought I'd let you know that I was unable to login properly using FB on Chrome. (Login button cleared the sign-in form and reset page.) Signed up again using Google to get in.
I've been sent over here on behalf of a movement called 'The Social Revolution Project'.
We're in need of an alternative to the forum on our website and Discourse does seem to be the answer, unfortunately we do not have funds at this time to be able to purchase. So to put it bluntly; can Discourse offer a free licence to a non-profit organisation?
A little more: "The Social Revolution Project is an organisation which aims to connect local people and get them to discuss issues in their area. By using democratic elements within the technology we have, we are able to organise / rank the desires of citizens, then create community collaboration events to tackle the identified problem(s) using peaceful people power."
At the moment, we are predominately using "Facebook Groups" and their polls to facilitate this movement. We are having great success with this idea (our core team is currently planning a croundfund campaign to help a community in Marondera, Zimbabwe create a neighbourhood poultry farm, after the region raised the issue of self-sufficiency - just one example of the positive changes we are able to achieve with this model.)
Discourse could help us by providing an additional place for our "SRP Groups" to discuss problems whilst also providing an online "backup" for the work we are doing through other social media.
